Renewal Review & Ranking Documents

The below listed documents provide the 2015 Western PA CoC renewal review documents and scoring to be used for ranking of renewal projects.

Project Ranking

Per the requirements outlined in the 2015 CoC NOFA, this post is to inform all project applicants whether their application has been accepted or rejected by the CoC and the ranking on the CoC Priority Listing, within 15 days of the application deadline.

Western PA CoC – 2015 Project Ranking – FINAL

The link above is the document which lists all projects, by rank order, that will be submitted to HUD with the 2015 CoC Consolidated Application. All renewal applications that were submitted to the CoC were reviewed, approved and ranked. This includes 66 renewal projects and 12 new projects – one SSO to support the operation of the Western PA Coordinated Entry System, five Permanent Supportive Housing projects for chronically homeless, and six Rapid Re-housing projects.  These new projects were selected as part of the CoC’s new project solicitation process https://pennsylvaniacoc.org/new-project-solicitations-for-western-pa-coc/.

Public Posting of FY2015 CoC Application for the Western PA Continuum of Care (PA-601)  

In accordance with HUD’s requirement that the FY2015 application for Continuum of Care funds be available for public review and comment 48 hours prior to the submission deadline of November 20, 2015, 7:59 p.m. eastern time, please find the below Consolidated Application for the Western PA Continuum of Care (PA-601).

In accordance with HUD’s requirement that the FY2015 application for Continuum of Care funds be available for public review and comment 48 hours prior to the submission deadline of November 20, 2015, 7:59 p.m. eastern time, please find the below Consolidated Application for the Eastern PA Continuum of Care (PA-509).

The link above is the document which lists all projects, by rank order, that will be submitted to HUD with the 2015 CoC Consolidated Application.  All renewal applications that were submitted to the CoC were reviewed, approved and ranked.  This includes 85 renewal projects and 7 new projects – one SSO to support the operation of the Eastern PA Coordinated Entry System, two Permanent Supportive Housing projects for chronically homeless, and four Rapid Re-housing projects.
