Eastern PA CoC - RFP for CoC grant expansion projects

The Eastern PA CoC is releasing an RFP for CoC grant expansion projects. The CoC has a small amount of reallocated funds available to award to new projects under the FY24/FY25 CoC NOFO. The CoC must submit a Priority List to HUD by February 9, 2026 that includes any new projects created through reallocated dollars.

Given the short turnaround period and the limited amount of new funds available, the CoC Funding Committee is prioritizing these funds for CoC expansion grants. Existing Eastern PA CoC grantees operating PSH, RRH, and TH-RRH projects are eligible to apply through the attached RFP. If you are interested in expanding your current Eastern PA CoC project by adding supportive services and/or units, please review the attached RFP and apply by Wednesday, January 21st at 3pm
