IMPORTANT UPDATE 12/8/25: On December 8, 2025, HUD withdrew the FY25 CoC NOFO. As such, the CoC's local competition is on pause. New project applications will NOT be due by December 9th. Published November 24, 2025: The Eastern PA Continuum of Care is releasing a Requests for Proposal (RFP) to solicit new projects as part of the FY25 CoC Competition.
