The Eastern/Western PA CoCs hosted a 2-part new project training series on 4/16/24 and 4/18/24, for any organization interested in learning more about applying for CoC funds.

Background: Typically, the CoC releases a new project Request for Proposals (RFP) in summer or early fall, depending on the timing of HUD’s CoC Program NOFO (Notice of Funding Opportunity) release. Due to HUD’s timelines, there is typically a tight turnaround time for interested applicants to submit their new project proposal (between 2-4 weeks). The CoC is hosting this training session to give applicants plenty of time to begin planning ahead for the new project RFP.
These sessions are geared toward:
- Organizations who do not currently receive CoC funds who want to learn more about applying for CoC funds, OR
- Existing CoC grantees who are interested in applying for CoC funds for an expansion or a brand-new project.
