The Eastern PA CoC is soliciting Preliminary Applications from agencies interested in applying for new projects as part of the FY25 CoC Competition. This includes:
- New Transitional Housing (TH)
- New Supportive Services Only for Street Outreach (SSO-SO)
- New Supportive Services - Standalone (SSO)
- Expansion of existing CoC-funded Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) projects to add supportive services dollars
- Domestic Violence Bonus: New Transitional Housing (TH) projects dedicated to serving survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking
The projects selected through this RFP will be submitted to HUD as part of the Eastern PA CoC's FY2025 Continuum of Care Application.
To apply, a Preliminary Application and required attachments must be submitted via Alchemer by 12pm on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025.
