NEW PROJECTS
The CoC considered eight new projects totaling $4,567,998 in funding. The CoC had a total of $784,137 in funding to award from the CoC Bonus, $605,721 in funding to award from reallocation, and $2,352,410 in funding to award from the DV Bonus.
The following new projects have been accepted for inclusion on the Project Priority List for CoC Bonus and/or reallocated funding:
- Service Access and Management, Inc. (SAM), PA0888 transfer (official name TBD), $137,360, Note: Through an RFP process facilitated by the Eastern PA CoC’s Funding Committee in July/August 2021, SAM was selected as the new recipient for the PA0888 grant previously held by Candleheart. As this transfer may not be processed prior to NOFO submission deadline, Candleheart PA0888 project will be fully reallocated and SAM will submit a new project application for these funds, Rank: 53
