The Continuum of Care (CoC) has decided to become a 501(c)3. The CoC has drafted a Request for Proposal (RFP), that you can find attached here, to engage a firm, individual lawyer, or a consortium of firms or lawyers to serve as Solicitor for the scope of work described in the RFP. Responses to the RFP are due on September 30, 2022.
