Western PA CoC Governance Charter Revisions - FOR VOTE

The Western PA CoC's Governance and Policy Committee is releasing its annual revisions to the CoC's Governance Charter for review. Below you will find two documents on the proposed revision. The first document outlines the recommended changes while the second document is the charter itself with the changes incorporated. The CoC is requesting that CoC membership review and provide comments or feedback on the charter prior to voting on the charter which will take place at the next full CoC meeting on April 20, 2022 from 12:30-3:30PM.
