Eastern and Western CoC

2024 Point in Time (PIT) Count and Housing Inventory Count (HIC)

Eastern PA CoC 2024 PIT/HIC Results

Western PA CoC 2024 PIT/HIC Results

*The fields Geo Code Community, County, and RHAB were added to the HIC by DMA (consultant for the CoC). Per HUD, each project on the HIC may be assigned to only one geographic code, also known as a geocode (a geocode is either a county or a city/community). If a project serves more than one geocode, the project may be assigned the geocode where the majority of the clients are housed on the night of the PIT Count or may be assigned to the organization's main office location. Please note there are projects in the Eastern and Western PA CoCs that serve multiple counties/communities, or in some cases multiple RHABs, but this is not reflected on the HIC. This is a limitation of the HIC and should be taken into consideration when using the HIC for local planning. In cases where a project serves the entire CoC, this has been noted in the "RHAB" field.
