Eastern PA CoC RFP for PSH Project Transfer

The Eastern PA Continuum of Care is re-opening the Request for Proposals (RFP) to facilitate the transfer of an existing CoC PSH grant currently held by the County of Lycoming DBA Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board to a new recipient. Interested applicants must be able to serve both Lycoming and Clinton counties, and may expand services to additional counties within the Eastern PA CoC as well.

The agency selected through this RFP will be notified if their application has been selected for this funding opportunity. At that time, agencies will receive instructions for submission of documents to HUD to process the recipient transfer for the grant(s). To complete the transfer, agencies will have to get set up in e-snaps, HUD’s CoC Program Applications and Grants Management System, if they are not already. Agencies will also need a DUNS number and to be registered with System for Award Management (SAM).
