Exciting News for Housing and Homeless System Partners in Eastern PA
The Eastern PA Continuum of Care (CoC) has taken an important step toward strengthening our regional response to homelessness. We are pleased to announce the formation of a new nonprofit organization called the Eastern Pennsylvania Coalition for Housing (EPCH).
EPCH was created to expand our capacity, deepen cross-sector partnerships, and lead systems-level strategies that improve housing outcomes across our 33-county region.
As part of this launch, EPCH will be hiring an Interim Executive Director to guide the organization through its start-up phase and support the development of long-term leadership and infrastructure. To identify the right partner for this work, EPCH will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) on December 1, 2025.
