Western PA CoC Governance Charter Updates - 3/31/21

In preparation for the April 21, 2021 Western PA CoC Full Membership meeting, the CoC's Governance Committee is sharing the updated Governance Charter with the proposed updates for the 2021 calendar year. An annual update is required by HUD per the CoC Interim Rule. Please review the attached document in advance of our April 21st meeting as the CoC membership will vote to approve or deny the revised charter.
