FY26 CoC Renewal Project Evaluation: FY26 Scoring Criteria Posted

The Eastern PA CoC Renewal Scoring Criteria for CoC- and YHDP-funded projects were approved by the CoC’s Funding Committee and are now available:

Agencies with renewal projects are encouraged to review and familiarize themselves with the Renewal Project Scoring Criteria. 

FY26 CoC Renewal Project Evaluation: Data Cleanup Period Launch

The CoC is expecting HUD to issue the FY26 CoC NOFO on or around 6/1/26 to comply with the terms laid out by Congress in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2026 (H.R. 7148). The CoC is working to complete as much of the renewal project evaluation and scoring process as possible prior to 6/1/26.

The Eastern PA ‎CoC project data cleanup period will run from 4/9/26 to 4/27/26. The data cleanup period is provided to ensure that the data used to score CoC-funded projects is accurate.

During this time CoC-funded agencies should run an APR for each CoC-funded project for the 10/1/24-9/30/25 time period, review the data, and clean up the data as appropriate. Full instructions have been emailed to all CoC-funded agencies.
